Italy in Town 2025 invites you to become part of Cape Town’s most vibrant Italian street festival!

Following a sold-out 2024 edition with thousands of attendees, we are expanding even further this year and we are looking for premium vendors to help us bring authentic Italian flavour, flair, and festivity to the heart of the Mother City.

 

​We are calling on:

• Italian food vendors (pasta, risotto, pizza, pastries, gelato, desserts etc.).

• Artisanal and gourmet product makers (olive oils, cheeses, cured meats, preserves, etc.).

• Italian wine and beverage producers and distributors.

• Italian lifestyle brands and arts.

📍 Venue: Cape Quarter Precinct, De Waterkant, Cape Town
Dates and times:

Festival setup – Friday 21 November 2025

• 18:00 – 00:00

• Road closures from 18:00 (Dixon and Jarvis Streets)

Festival day – Saturday 22 November 2025

• 09:00 – 23:00

• Daily attendance limit: 4 000 pax (split into two sessions)

  • Morning session: 09:00 – 15:00

  • Afternoon session: 16:00 – 23:00

Festival day – Sunday 23 November 2025

• 09:00 – 16:00

👣 Expected attendance: over 8 000 guests over two days.
🛍️ Spaces are limited – early applications are strongly encouraged.

What will be provided?

• Stand space in a prime festival location.

• Trestle table(s) and chairs.

• Electricity supply (upon request).

• Waste management during and after the event.

• Security throughout the festival.
