The 4 Steps
FIRST STEP: SIMPLE TEST
Participate in the ‘diamo un nome al test’ in order to assess your level of general knowledge of Italian culture, history, food and wine.
SECOND STEP: RECIPE & PHILOSOPHY
Upload the photographic documentation of the dish you want to present together with the recipe and its explanations.
THIRD STEP: NATIONAL COOK OFF
If your recipe is judged among the best recipes from South Africa you will have the opportunity to cook it during the Italian culture week in front of a panel of judges.
FOURTH STEP: INTERNATIONAL COOK OFF
If your recipe is considered the best compared with other South African entrants you will fly to Rome to participate in the final competition.
