The Italian – South African Chamber of Trade and Industries hosted its first Golf Day in the Western Cape on October 2nd at the prestigious Pearl Valley Golf Course. Nestled in the heart of South Africa's beautiful Cape Winelands, Pearl Valley is recognized internationally as a favorite destination for world-class golfers and it was recently rated as the “5th Best Golf Course in South Africa. The event was well supported with a full field of 17 four-balls. The format of the event was a 4-ball alliance, 2 scores to count with a shotgun start. The day ended off with and a prize-giving ceremony and some snacks for the participants.
